Two places shape everything we do: Llano, Texas, and Rye, New Hampshire. Llano taught us how to honor the smoke, how to take our time, and how to let the meat do the talking. Rye reminds us that hard work, common sense, and good neighbors make everything better. This is where heat meets heart — and our barbecue carries a bit of both.

Sitting out by the pit on quiet evenings and reflecting back on the years we have had in both places, it comes together in perfect harmony. All we can do is think: “This is the taste of time well spent.”
